Suriya Sastri, M.D., FACG

Dr. Sastri graduated from Madras Medical College, India. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, Illinois and Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri. Board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. Sastri has been in practice as a gastroenterology consultant for the treatment of a wide variety of digestive disorders of stomach, intestines, liver and pancreas. She is skilled in endoscopic procedures including therapeutic ERCP, and has a special interest in the treatment of heartburn, ulcer and disorders of liver, pancreas and colon.
Dr. Sastri believes in working closely with her patients and their families. She is a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and a member of the American Medical Association. She is dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest advancements in the field of gastroenterology.
